Professional Conduct
Maintain professional behavior and respect the relaxed atmosphere of the event.
No Hard Selling
Focus on building relationships, not closing deals. Sales pitches are not allowed.
Timely Arrival
Arrive 15 minutes before the event starts to set up and be ready when CAMs arrive.
Respect Rotation
Understand that vendors rotate monthly to ensure fair exposure across the network.

Vendor limits and rotation
To maintain the intimate, comfortable atmosphere and ensure fair exposure, we carefully limit the number of vendors at each event.
Minimum 4 Vendors Per Event
Each Kocktails event features a minimum of 4 vendor sponsors. This ensures CAMs have options while maintaining an intimate setting.
Scalable Vendor Count
For every additional 10 CAMs & board members over 30 attendees, we add one more vendor to maintain the right balance and ensure
everyone has meaningful interactions.
Monthly Rotation System
JVendors rotate monthly to ensure fair exposure across the entire Community RFP network. This means everyone gets a chance to connect with CAMs.
You’ll be notified when you’re selected for an upcoming event based on the rotation schedule and your preferred locations.

Application Process
How to Get Involved
Becoming a Kocktails sponsor is a straightforward process designed to get you connected with CAMs and Boards quickly.
Ensure Active Community RFP Subscription
Make sure you have an active Community RFP subscription. This is required
to participate in Kocktails events and ensures you’re part of our trusted
vendor network.
Submit Your Application
Complete the sponsorship application form. Let us know
which cities or regions you’re interested in sponsoring and
your availability.
Application Review
We’ll review your application to ensure alignment with event
goals and service category relevance. This typically takes 2-3
business days.
Rotation Assignment
Once approved, you’ll be added to the vendor rotation. We’ll notify
you when you’re selected for an upcoming event based on
your preferences and availability.
Event Preparation
You’ll receive event details, location information, and guidelines 1-2 weeks
before the event. Pay the $150 sponsorship fee.

It depends on your location and the type of service you provide. We work with sponsors to create a schedule that maximizes visibility without oversaturating the market. Our team will help you choose the right cadence to build strong relationships and get the best return on your participation.
Yes — you’re welcome to bring business cards and a small amount of marketing material. However, we encourage focusing on meaningful conversations and exchanging contact information rather than distributing large quantities of handouts. After the event, we’ll provide an attendee list to help you follow up and continue building relationships.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill your spot. We’ll work with you to reschedule for a future event at that location. Refunds can only be issued if we’re able to secure a replacement sponsor prior to the event.
