For Attendees
Common questions from Community Association Managers and Board Members.
No — attendance is complimentary for Community Association Managers and board members. Our vendor sponsors cover the event costs so you can enjoy the evening at no charge.
To receive a complimentary drink ticket, simply say hello and introduce yourself to a sponsor — it’s designed as a friendly icebreaker to start natural conversations, not a sales pitch.
If you prefer, you’re always welcome to purchase your own drinks at the bar and spend your time connecting with fellow CAMs and board members.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a colleague, fellow board member, or industry peer. We simply ask that guests are connected to community association management or governance and that they register as well.
We understand schedules change. If you can’t attend, please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Business casual is perfect. Think relaxed professional — come as you are after work.
Light appetizers are typically provided. Availability may vary by venue, but there will always be something to enjoy alongside your drinks.
Each attendee receives drink tickets to enjoy responsibly. The number may vary by event, but our goal is a relaxed, enjoyable evening — not an open bar. Think 2 or less.
We do share the attendee list with event sponsors so they can follow up. You should not receive spam or excessive outreach — and if you do, please let us know. If you have a meaningful conversation with a vendor, you can expect a professional follow-up.
Yes. Non-alcoholic beverages are always available so everyone can participate comfortably.

For Vendors
Common questions from sponsors
Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. We carefully evaluate categories and locations to ensure the right mix of sponsors and avoid oversaturation.
We limit the number of sponsors per event to maintain a relaxed atmosphere and ensure meaningful conversations. This helps each vendor receive quality engagement rather than competing for attention.
To keep events fresh and fair, we rotate sponsors by category and location. This ensures CAMs see a variety of trusted providers while giving vendors consistent opportunities over time.
Your primary role is to be present, approachable, and ready to engage in genuine conversations. This is not a trade show — no hard selling — just relationship building in a relaxed environment.
You’re welcome to bring business cards and a small amount of marketing material. Booths, banners, or large displays are not permitted, as we aim to keep the atmosphere social and uncluttered.
You don’t need to bring any. Your sponsorship fee includes drink tickets for attendees, and we coordinate these with the venue.
Please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill your spot. If we’re able to secure a replacement sponsor, we can discuss a refund or rescheduling for a future event.
Yes — depending on availability and category balance. We’ll help you plan a schedule that maximizes visibility without oversaturating your market.
Yes. Sponsors receive an attendee list after the event to support professional follow-up. We expect outreach to be respectful and relevant — this is about building relationships, not spamming.
Most Kocktails events run approximately 2 hours — ideal for meaningful connections without taking up your entire evening.
We prioritize vendors who provide services relevant to community associations, property management, and building operations. Acceptance is based on category need, reputation, and fit for our audience.
Yes. You may send a knowledgeable representative who can speak confidently about your services and engage authentically with attendees.
