How Sponsorship Works
Simple sponsorship model
Your Role

Vendors act as drink sponsors by providing
drink tickets. -
Attendees simply introduce themselves to
receive a ticket. -
No selling required, just connection and
conversation.
Requirements

Have an active Community RFP
subscription. -
Pay a $150 sponsorship fee
per event. -
Be approved in one of the Community RFP
service categories.
Vendor Limits

A minimum of 3-5 vendors per event

For every additional 10 attendees over 30 attendees, one additional vendor is added

Vendors rotate monthly to ensure fair
exposure across the Community RFP network

No. Kocktails is completely free for CAMs and Board Members. Drinks are provided by our vendor sponsors at no cost to you.
No. But if you decide to have a drink on us, introduce yourself to a vendor and they will provide you a drink token.
We plan for a group size, please ask them to register to secure a spot at our event.
No worries, we appreciate an email letting us know that you can’t make it so we can plan for food and drink.
We hold events in different Cities each month, check the calendar and subscribe to our mailing list to see when the next event will be held in your area.
